A hot, homemade breakfast cooked just for you is included in your stay. Breakfast can be scheduled for the time you prefer - early or late. If you have any dietary requirements please let us know when you make your reservation, and we'll create a breakfast you'll love.
All of our baked goods are made from scratch in our own kitchen.
Non-alcoholic beverages (coffee, tea, soft drinks, water) are always available. We don't serve or sell alcoholic beverages, but you are welcome to bring your own adult beverages. And yes, we’ve got a refrigerator available for you to use.
As our guests, you're welcome to relax on the front porch, patio or in the climate-controlled sun room near the patio. The dining room is also yours to use. Families with children can enjoy our huge front yard or walk a block to the local park.
We've got free WiFi available throughout the house, including the porch, patio and sun room.
The entire house has central air conditioning, and the guest area has its own thermostat.
